Based on 40 years of experience of his own research and treatment in the field of Ayurved, renowned Vaidya Madhav Sane had enabled countless patients to lead a disease-free life. Vaidya Sane Ayurved Lab Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1997 with the thought that the effective medicines brought forth from this research should reach, treat and benefit the largest possible number of patients. Vd. Madhav Sane’s daughter- Dr. Mrs. Madhura Atul Bhide and Mr. Kiran Bhide were in charge of this venture. It was Vd. Madhav Sane’s dream to create a residential medical facility to treat the often fatal heart disease through Ayurved and benefit patients. But owing to his sudden demise it seemed his dream would remain unfulfilled. It was then that’s his son, Dr. Rohit Sane decided he would make his father’s dream a reality. And thus was established Madhavbaug- the world’s first Ayurvedic Cardiac rehab center on the old Mumbai Pune highway near Khopoli, in a 3 acre area in the lap of Mother Nature. Till date, Sane Care Group has expanded fourfold, opening more than 95 clinics (along with Yoga and Ayurvedic treatment and therapy center in London), an Ayurvedic training center and a publishing house.
