Sub: Indian Granted Patents in Health Care Sector during April - September 2009 - Monthly analysis

As our members are aware Pharmexcil is circulating the analysis of Indian Granted Patents in Health care Sector in different categories like Bulk Drugs, Formulations, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Surgicals, Hebals, Nutraceuticals and Veterinary Products.

Pharmexcil has now completed analysis of all Indian patents granted during April 2009 – September 2009 in two different types namely 1. Product Category-wise Analysis 2. Country-wise Analysis. The details are given below:
