Subject: Meeting at Department of Pharmaceuticals on 20th February 2010 at   11.am in Room No220A, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi

We are pleased to inform that Department of Pharmaceuticals, Government of India has initiated a process to sign a JBC with Kazakhstan.  In this regard, a meeting with exporters to Kazakhstan has been organized to get the valuable inputs on opportunities, challenges, issues and concern. The meeting will be chaired by Shri Devendra Chowdhary, Joint Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals.

Further, in view of the Russian Prime Minister’s visit, JS would also like to meet the exporters of pharmaceutical products to Russia during the same meeting.

In view of the high importance attached to proposed JBC with Kazakhstan and our ties with Russia, we kindly request you to confirm your participation in the meeting on 20th February 2010. The meeting starts at 11.am. The venue is Room No-220A, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi

Please send your confirmation latest by 19th February(forenoon) along with car details so as to organize the entry of car and issue of passes without any hassles.
