Dear Member,

Sub: 3.58 Meeting of Public Grievance Committee (PGC) by Office of Commissioner of Customs held in Delhi on 14th Jan 2010.
v We would like to bring to the notice of our members particularly Delhi Region that the Public Grievance Committee (PGC) of Customs in the meeting held on 14th January 2010 has discussed on three important issues namely:

1.    Handling of Cargo
2.   Problem of slowness of ICEGATE
3.   Special drive to clear Drawback pendency

A copy of the minutes of the meeting and discussion taken place in the meeting is enclosed.

Pharmexcil with its COA member has recently met Shri Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Joint Commissioner, Customs. He has invited Pharmexcil to participate in the next meeting being held on 18 February 2010 and also requested suggestions from the members to be taken up in the next meeting.

We request our members from Delhi Region to take note of the meeting and send issues/suggestions by 16th February 2010 for taking up in the next meeting.
