Dear Member,

Sub:   Business Delegation to Belarus during 17th – 20th February 2010.

We are happy to inform our members that our Embassy of India in Minsk, Belarus has strongly recommended that a delegation of Indian Pharma Industry should visit Minsk, Belarus. The Embassy has informed us that they would be making necessary arrangements like inviting the buyers from Belarus for the proposed BSM etc.

Keeping in mind the invitation from our Embassy and the export potential for the Indian Pharma Industry in the Belarusian Market, Council has decided to take the delegation to Minsk, Belarus which is scheduled from 17th February – 20th February 2010.

The tentative programme for the delegation would be as per the following schedule:

We would also like to inform you that the delegation/commitment fee for this delegation is Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only). This amount is refundable only if the event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Missions/Council.
