Sub:   Revised dates for Business Delegation to Azerbaijan, Moldova and Ukraine during 7th – 17th February 2010.

This is further to our earlier Circular ref. no PXL/H.O./CIR-066/2009-10 dated 20th November 2009 informing about the proposed Business Delegation to Azerbaijan, Moldova and Ukraine which was postponed to a later date due to non-availability of appropriate dates from our Embassies.

We are happy to inform that our Embassy have now confirmed the dates for our delegation. The business delegation to Azerbaijan, Moldova and Ukraine is now being re-scheduled from 7th February – 17th February 2010. The proposed itinerary for the above delegation is as followed:

We would also like to inform you that the delegations / commitment fees have now been revised to Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand only). Those members who have already paid Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) may send a fresh cheque for Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty five thousand only) and get back their earlier cheque. This amount is refundable only if the event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Missions/Council.

  In view of the above, we kindly request our members (who have already confirmed) to re-confirm their participation in this delegation latest by 5th January 2010.
