IPhEB Exhibition at St. Petersburg, Russia:

We are pleased to inform our members that an important exhibition named, “IPhEB Exhibition,” is being organized in Russia at St. Petersburg. The 2nd IPhEB 2012 in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2012 is expected to be a mega event as it fosters open business networking between pharmaceuticals and biotechnology companies, researchers, investors and the state authorities in respect to innovative development and growth in international market.

Pharmexcil’s Participation:
In view of the importance of Russian market among CIS countries, Pharmexcil is organizing an India Pavilion of size 191 sqmtres. (Event website link)

Pharmexcil is also organizing a focused buyer –seller meet during the event. Thus members participating in the exhibition will have the opportunity to meet prospects at their stalls and also engage with prospective business clients in pre-fixed meetings. The meetings will be fixed by the organizers of the event on the basis of your product profiles. We are also seeking help of Indian Embassy to invite importers.

Participation Charges and other details:

We take this opportunity to request your participation in the fair as an exhibitor and participation in BSM as well. The event is under the MAI activity of the Council. We are offering stalls at a highly subsidized rate.

We are pleased to inform that made up stall cost would be Rs.70,000/- for 9 Sqm (actual cost for the same is about Rs. 3.00lakhs). The stall available in Indian Pavilion will be of 9sqm/18sqm/27 sqm only.

The total booked space is now 191 sq.m (18 stands per 9 sq. m: 2 of them-P9 &P11 in the middle row has 2 open sides, 2 stands-P8 &P12 have 3 open sides and 4 stands-P1, P7, P13 &P19 has 2 open sides in the upper and bottom row as shown the layout. Remaining stalls are one-side open.

Since limited space is available, stalls will be allotted on first-come-first-serve basis. Please note that online booking will be cancelled in case your participation fee doesn’t reach within 10 days of online booking.

The last date for online booking is 20th March 2012. Please note that booking will close if all stalls are booked online even before this deadline. Only the stalls reservation cancelled against non-payment will be open for booking.

The payment through DD/Cheque in favour of Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council, payable at Hyderabad, should reach Delhi office or Hyderabad office within the time frame as mentioned above.
