Sub: Attention Exporters to Azerbaijan-Pending Registrations with Drug Department, Azerbaijan

As our members are aware that Council has represented the issue of delayed registrations with our Embassy in Azerbaijan.  H.E Shri Debnath Shaw, Indian Ambassador to Azerbaijan has met Deputy Foreign Minister and had discussions on this subject. The Foreign Minister had assured the fast clearance of the pending cases by the Health Ministry of Azerbaijan.

In this context Council received a communication from Embassy of India, Azerbaijan seeking the list of such pending registrations with Azerbaijan Drug Department from our Indian companies.

We would therefore request all our member companies who applied for registration of their products with Azerbaijan to provide us the following details to enable us taking the issue with our Embassy,

• Name of the Company
• Date of Submission of Dossier Registration
• Details of the Registration fee
• Any other relevant information

In view of the above, members are requested to avail this opportunity and send the above details at the earliest.
