Sub: SUPPLY SIDE WEST, 20-22 OCTOBER 2010 AT LAS VEGAS, USA

We are glad to inform our members that Council is participating in the exhibition Supply Side West being held at Las Vegas during 20-22 October 2010. Supply Side West is the world's largest event for Traditional medicines and Dietary Supplements, healthy and innovative ingredients.  This exhibition is widely regarded as the flagship exhibition for Herbal products, nutraceuticals, probiotics, pharmaceutical ingredients industry, dietary supplements etc.  In 2009 the event attracted over 1200 leading exhibiting companies and over 8000 attendees across the Globe. Keeping the importance of the event and also suggestions received from some of the members, Council is participating in the event for the first time by taking a space of 54 sq. meters. For the benefit of members in Herbals / nutraceuticals / probiotics sectors, stalls of 9 & 6 sq. meters sizes will be offered.  There is also provision of Common Space for small exporters.

Independent stalls:

Costing of stall is as follows,
For 9 sqmt Stall: Rs.3,80,000
(Includes furnished stall with sign, carpet, information counter table, round table, three chairs, waste basket, 2 spot lights, insurance and four invitation letters). 
For 6 sqmt Stall: Rs.2,46,000
(Includes furnished stall with sign, carpet, information counter table, two chairs, waste basket, 2 spot lights, insurance and four invitation letters). 

Common Space:
Some space will be provided in the Council’s stand for displaying of the products and cost of this facility is Rs.1.50 lakhs per member. 

MDA:

Members whose export turnover during previous year is less than Rs.15 crores and who have completed one year membership with the council will get a financial assistance of Rs.80,000/- per member.  We are also writing separately approaching Department of Ayush for assistance, if any.

Since very limited space is available, stalls will be allotted on first-come-first-serve basis.

Note/Important: 

  1. Members may kindly note that allotment is on first-come-first-serve basis.
  2. Members may please note that electricity is extra and the amount will be informed to the members soon.
Members may also note that those interested shall apply for the US visa at the earliest in order to avoid last minute issues and Pharmexcil is not responsible for any such visa problems.
