Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub: BUYER SELLER MEET (BSM) AND PARTICIPATION IN CPHI SOUTH AMERICA AT BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA DURING 17th – 19th AUGUST 2010. 

We have pleasure in informing you that Pharmexcil will be participating in CPhI South America Exhibition 2010 proposed to be held at La Rural – Hall Ocre, Buenos Aires, Argentina during 17th – 19th August 2010 by organizing an India Pavilion and an exclusive Buyer Seller Meet (BSM) on 18th August 2010. (This event is more focused to API suppliers).

Members are aware of the fact that CPhI exhibitions attract large number of visitors not only from the country where the event is organized but also from the neighbouring countries. Hence, Pharmexcil proposes to utilize this opportunity for the benefit of our members especially from the SME sector. International buyers / visitors from Argentina and the neighbouring countries would be invited to participate in the BSM-cum-networking dinner proposed to be held on 18th August 2010.   

Pharmexcil proposes to appoint an event manager for organizing the programme so that active participation of foreign delegates is ensured.

In view of the above, we invite applications from our members to participate in this exhibition cum BSM. We would like to inform our members that they would be having 2(two) options for participation in this event. The first option would be by way of independent stall and second one being participation through Council’s common booth.

The anticipated expenses would be as follows:

In India Pavilion, CPHI South America

a) Independent Stall: Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand only) including charges for entry towards BSM cum networking dinner. A fully constructed 9(nine) square meter stall with one table, two chairs and basic electricity will be included in the stall charges.

b) Council’s common booth:   Rs.75,000/- (Rupees seventy five thousand only) including charges for entry towards BSM cum networking dinner on 18th August 2010. A table space or equivalent area in the Council’s common booth would be given to members for display of their products. (Members may please note that only independent standees would be allowed for displaying posters & posters cannot be displayed on the panels / walls of the booth. Please also note that only one member per company would be permitted to attend to the visitors in the Council’s common booth with limited publicity material in view of space constraints).

We now request the members to confirm their interest to participate in the event by sending their request in writing along with the NON-REFUNDABLE 100% payment as mentioned above by way of Demand Draft / At par cheque favouring Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council payable at Hyderabad / Mumbai, ON OR BEFORE 12TH JULY 2010. This amount is refundable only if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Members may please note that in view of the limited no. of independent stall & limited space available  they may send us their confirmation at the earliest, since the participation would on “first cum first serve basis”,  There are around totally 8 (eight) stalls available with the council.
