India-CIS Pharma Business Meet

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub:  “India-CIS Pharma Business Meet” (Buyers-Sellers Meet) at Mumbai during 19-21st July 2010 at Hotel Renaissance, Mumbai 

Ref: Our circular No 016/2010-11 dated 16.6.2010

Further to our above circular, wherein we have informed about India-CIS Pharma Business Meet during 19-21st July 2010 at Hotel Renaissance, Mumbai, we are glad to inform that about 70 delegates from 10 CIS countries (Russia (28), Ukraine (16), Uzbekistan (5), Belarus(10), Georgia (3), Moldova(3) Azerbaijan(3), Kazakhstan(3) Tajikistan(3), Armenia (2))have already confirmed their participation.  A list of confirmed delegates will be made available in our website in a couple of days time, which will be updated regularly. We give below details about registration, sponsorship facilities available etc.:

1. Registration fee:

Business Sessions

SSI & Merchant Exporters category         ::                   Rs.8,000 per delegate
Large scale exporters category               ::                    Rs.12,000 per delegate
Non-members (Council reserves the        ::            Rs.15,000 per delegate    

Technical Sessions (Focused for Executives of Marketing/Drug Regulatory departments)

All Members                                                   ::          Rs.2,500 per delegate
Non-Members                                                 ::          Rs. 3,500 per delegate
(Note: Members registered for Business Sessions can attend Technical Sessions also free of cost)

2. On line Registration:

To ensure availability of company profile of the participants to the visiting overseas delegates and accurate entries in the Participant catalogue, Online Registration/Payment facility is introduced for this event.  Members who are interested to participate in the above Meet may click here for online registration.  Complete the registration form, take a printout and send to us on or before 10th July 2010.  Registration after this date will not be entertained to avoid any last minute crowding at Business Sessions. Council sends confirmation of Business Sessions immediately after receipt of payment.  If  confirmation is not received within 3 days, members may please contact us.

3. Exhibition:

There will be a small exhibition of Indian companies (limited to  about 15 members only) in the same venue where Business Meetings will be held during all the three days.  Cost of  each stall is Rs.1,00,000/- per stall of 9 sq. meters (3x3 meters).  For Floor plan, please click here (please note that floor plan is tentative, subject to changes).  Two delegates (only)  from exhibiting company will be allowed to take care of the stall.  These delegates will be allowed to meet the delegates only once in the First Business Session.
