Dear Sir/Madam,

We are happy to inform that Council is organizing India Pavilion at CPhI India, this year also, which would be held at Mumbai during 1-3rd December 2010.  Encouraged by the overwhelming response received from the members to participate through India Pavilion during last two years, Council has taken a space of 882 sq.ters.

Location of the Pavilion:

The Pavilion is ideally located at the very entrance of hall No.1.  Members may click the following links to see floor plans of CPhI India and India Pavilion:

Allotment of Stalls:

There are 98 stalls of 9 sq. meter each in India pavilion. Allotment will be made on first-come-first-serve basis. We will arrange for the construction of stalls in the Pavilion and the same will be allotted to the members with minimum furniture like one table, four chairs, one info counter, dust bin, brochure stand, fascia, lights etc.

Cost of the stall:

Cost of each 9 sq. meter stall :  Rs.1,18,000/- + 10.3% service Tax.

Cost of corner stalls               :  Rs.1,27,000/- + 10.3% service Tax

Cost includes India branding, furniture, electricity, cleaning, insurance etc.

Note: There are 8 stalls with 0.60x1.10 m size pillar inside the stalls. To compensate the inconvenience for the members taking those stalls, an amount of Rs.5,000/-  will be reduced from the total cost.

Payment Schedule:

50% of the amount has to be paid on reservation of the stall and balance 50% should be paid on or before 31.7.2010.

Allotment of stalls:

Members who are interested to participate in India Pavilion may select the stall of their choice and inform the same to us by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or sending fax to 040-23735464.  Immediately after receiving the mail/fax, council sends invoice. 50% of invoice amount has to be paid within 10 days, failing which their reservation gets automatically cancelled.  Members may please note that allotment will be made on first-come-first-serve basis.  Final decision of allotment rests with the Council.

Cancellation of Allotment:

In case payment is not made as per the above schedules, Council reserves the right to cancel the allotment of the stall and re-allot the same to the other interested members. If cancelled before 31.7.2010, advance amount paid will be refunded after deducting 10% as our charges.  If cancelled after 31.7.2010 entire advance amount will be forfeited.

Members are advised to take advantage of this opportunity of exhibiting at CPhI, India by being a part of India pavilion.
